Develop marketing collaterals, sales tactics and training • Develop a growth plan that can be measured by each responsible department. • Acquire business intelligence on prospects. • Develop a scorecard system. • Train you in contacting, presenting and selling new accounts • Develop customer referral program • Test measure and adjust over time We then assign a Business Development Manager to your account to assist with implementation and the sales acceleration program. Depending on your needs, this manager may work as few as 16 hours a month, and as much as full time. Pricing has three elements.
