Part time outside sales and marketing assistant. March 2008. Denver Colorado.. You'll be working for My One Call LLC. An accredited Better Business Bureau member and gold star winner 2003- 2007 We are a marketing and business development company based in Lafayette, Colorado. We specialize in helping small and medium companies grow their new customer base through effective use of advertising, sales, and marketing opportunities while acting within the framework of a business consulting firm. As such, we can build effective business growth programs while always keeping the client’s best interest as the highest priority. Position Overview Wanted, outgoing sales assistant to call on businesses (Both in person and on the phone) in Metro Denver and leave information about our clients, answer any simple questions, and set an appointment if possible for our client to meet with the owner or managers. Great for some one semi- retired or other individuals with former cold calling experience. * Work based primarily from home and doing customer visits. From 40 hours a month, 10.5 hours a week, or 13.5 hours 3 weeks a month. Additional hours may be available. * Flexible as to number of days per week and specific days. Can be accomplished in 3 days of 4 hours a week, or 4 days of 3 hours working 3 of the 4 weeks in a month. * $12.00 to $16.00 an hour depending on project and your experience, plus a small expense allowance as you will be using your own car to do the prospect visit. Some projects offer a bonus monthly after 3 to 6 months based on success of the program. This bonus can be as high as $1000.00 a month. * Best hours for work to be accomplished. 7:30 A.M. To 11:00 Or 1:30 PM to 5:30 * An additional monthly bonus is paid for each additional paid client that is included in our information packages, and more hours may be available based on the growth of the program. You will: Contact prospective customers of our clients via, phone, drop by visits, and email. Keep track of all visits and communications with prospects in a data base Send email's to companies you have made initial contacts with to request appointments for our clients Make a follow up phone call after 4 weeks if no appointment has been made. Continue to email and call until appointments are established with new information about our clients. Creative work: You will assist in the development of new messages for our clients to add to the communication schedules. You will work with our management and directly with the clients to improve the over all program. Skills and other requirements. Assertive friendly and energetic personality. Some sales helpful, but not required. Good marketing thought process. Excel or data base knowledge and experience. Valid drivers license and Insurance Your own computer, Internet access (for the data base management and email's) Understanding of Outlook or Outlook Express Can work independently with out direct supervision Reliable Excellent references.
